Why We Donate
We believe that animals deserve loving homes and caring owners. It breaks our hearts to see so many wonderful souls given up or abandoned. To date, we’ve adopted three wonderful dogs – Aspen, who was a Border Collie/Aussie cross and two of our current Border Collies – Baner and Skye. All three of them have gotten bum raps for no other reason than they ended up in the wrong places to begin with.
If we can somehow make a difference in the lives of these wonderful displaced souls by raising money or awareness then all the better.
How We Donate
First, we don’t give cash so please don’t ask. But, we do give time and images! One of our side-lines is event photography. We have an amazing little dye-sub printer that we can take with us which prints 4x6 and 5x7 images. By utilizing this technology, we provide on-site or at-event ‘keepsake’ photo’s.
And we can add a twist! We can also utilize ‘green screen’ technology so we can merge any background into a photo during the shot. What this means for your event is that we can brand the photo and provide the participant with a nice keepsake image.
Taken a step further, we can charge a small amount per image with all of the proceeds going back to your non-profit , 501c3 organization!
What's the Cost?
Zip, zilch, zero, nada. Really! Well, not really. It will cost you in providing us the space and electricity to do our thing. And, we’ll also need a little room to set up a few easels with images along with brochures. That’s it. We’ll give our time and resources to help the animals we all love. You get a nice addition to your event for no cost as well as the ability to make some money should you choose. We win too because we love to help where we can and it also helps us show folks the kind of art we produce. Win, win, win!
OK, What's the Hitch?
There’s only one, really. You’re organization must be a non-profit, registered 501c3 which is in business to help animals – like a shelter, rescue, etc. You will be required to provide proof of your non-profit status prior to the event.
