Accidents happen. That's why we guarantee your framed wall art sized 11x14 or larger for life when you purchase a frame from us with your print! If you require a new print, we request that you return the old one first unless of course it's been lost in a catastrophe (let's hope not).

If your not happy with the outcome of anything you receive from us we'll either make it right or give you a refund. Period. This also include the results of any photo shoot. Animals can sometimes be finicky creatures when it comes to cooperating and since we're animal folks, we understand that and don't want to penalize you for things out of your control. We also complete a profile before the shoot to make sure the animal has the right 'stuff' for a photo shoot (like - do they like strangers?). Please be honest with us on this one so we can have a successful shoot!
