It's simple...we want you to be happy. There are certain things we have control over and certains things we don't. What we do have control over is the final quality of the print. We know it will be printed well and so does our lab - if not, they do it again for free.
What we can't always control is the subject! While we will make sure that your best friend can be controlled and/or likes strangers, we don't always know what's going to happen during the shoot. If we fail to satisfy you we'll shoot again for free. Or, if you prefer, we'll refund 100% of all deposits already paid. It's that simple!
We treat digital imaging the same as film: we own both the digital image and the negative and do not sell our copyright. You are engaging us to provide you a final product based on images captured either in digital format or film negatives.
Because we own the image, you may not reproduce any product you receive from us in any manner without our prior consent. This includes but is not limited to photo copying, having a painting made from the photograph, etc.
We will never share our mailing lists with anyone. Nor will we ever ask you for financial information via email. Our web security standards are strict and we are careful to protect personal information at all times.
