Getting Started
Getting started in the process is only the beginning of the journey and is sometimes the hardest.
Your first step is to contact us.

No Pressure
The first thing you'll notice is that we aren't pushy or trying to 'make' you take action.
We respect the idea that for any artistic relationship to be successful, we need to get to know each other a bit.
What we are is nosey. You'll be asked what ideas you have, who the subject will be, where the art will hang - things like that.
Introductory Visit
Another good way to get a sense of what we do and what to expect is to pay us a visit. We love showing folks our state of the art, wireless studio as well as our gallery full of beautiful prints.
We've got framed prints in all the different styles and finishes, lighting, a frame corner display, and a few other suprises.
Should you choose to visit, you'll be treated as a guest in our studio and be under no pressure to 'schedule now.'
We will of course ask you if you'd like to schedule a session but again, if you're not ready or comfortable, we respect that.
The Creative Consultation
You've decided to treat yourself and have paid deposit (see below for details) - now what?
The Creative Consultation is next.
We take the information we so nosily gathered when we first spoke and build on it. This is where we craft the shoot to your expecations and animal's personality.
We'll look at backgrounds, props, discuss your decor and final image placement and size, think about frames, and discuss print and package options and prices.
If it's possible, this is also a good time to introduce your pet to the environment.
Also, if we haven't already, we'll schedule the session
Deposits and Fees
We require that a deposit of $100.00 be paid at the time of booking your session. If you are scheduling an in-home studio session, the studio setup fee is also required at time of booking and is non-refundable.
The remainder of the balance is due at the time the order is taken.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Personal Checks, and, of course, cash!
Our session fees (the fee paid for the actual photo shoot) are very reasonable. Our average session time is two hours. If it goes longer, you don't pay extra.
